West Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Malibu and Santa Monica are all different cities. Some of them even have their own mayors. But you'd never know from these lists:
- Gayot Top 10 LA Burgers: 4 are in LA
- Citysearch Top 10 Things To Do in LA This Fall: 4 are in LA
- About.com Top 10 LA Sports Bars: 2 are in LA
- Citysearch's Top 10 LA Experiences: 4 are in LA
Even better - for us Atwater Villagers - what about something even more specific? What about Top Tens in East LA? Who really wants to cross the 101 for burger, even at 3am?

eastside what?
doesn't the 101 run east/west?
Actually the 101 runs north/south.
yeah yeah, it's a north/south freeway but it generally cuts across LA in a more east/west direction.
it's been my main way of getting from mid-city/koreatown/silver lake back to hollywood/the 405 since i moved here further strengthening its east/west feel.
i think it was just the way it was referred to that made it seem odd.
I counted more then 4 in LA on the CitySearch list. Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Ray are not in the City, but Woodland Hills definetly is.
