HALLOWEEN HORROR and mischief in and around this northeast Los Angeles neighborhood we call Atwater Village:- Will has some freaky fiction about a time in 1769, on the east bank of the river near what would become Atwater Village, when travelers were told to avoid those spooky Griffith Park hills.
