What's Going on Next to Bikram Yoga?

A CURIOUS NEIGHBOR shot these photos of the old Thousand Fabrics space next to Bikram Yoga Silverlake on Glendale Blvd. He reports: "The whole place is being re-done. Any ideas of what's going into the new premises?" No ideas! Anyone else?
