Love the positive news, but we're also experiencing a substantial increase in crime on the other side of Glendale. Police have paraded in our driveway in the middle of the night, entered our backyard, helicopters flying directly overhead and a substantial increase in grafiti (even if I can't spell it).

Something's up...

While walking to Tee Gee tonight I saw a "for lease" sign hanging above the funeral store...

I talked to the owner at Sattdown a while back and he had a bigger space in another neighborhood where he was moving, so while it's definitely a loss to Atwater (his sandwiches were delicious!)) he isn't a casualty of the recession.

POUNDER KONE ART SPACE we moved to Hollywood STE. 1102 5825 SUNSET BLVD, HOLLYWOOD. A head shop moved into the carpet store next door, the landlord services had changed and times were getting tough so we had to get tougher but we miss Atwater, Canele, Black Maria, Catherine Dent and son, and the potted garden we created out back BUT in exchange we have an amazing view of the city and many of the same wonderful customers who followed us to Atwater and now are following us to Hollywood
