ANYONE PASSING through the neighborhood along Los Feliz Blvd. must have noticed the tower of light. Someone is filming something in the 3900 block of Legion Lane. And the lights, as of 11:30 p.m. as of 1:30 a.m., continue to flood central Atwater Village. See more photos from the very bright night.
